Please note that you are expected to arrive 20 minutes prior to game time in uniform (that means socks up and shirt tucked in, first impressions count in this). All games must use a 3 man system. If there are only 2 referee’s recruit a club line and the center will have to run deep to determine offside. This is a USSF/FIFA mandate. Failure to do so can mean the game is null, meaning it will have to be replayed. Fees do not change if you have to work with club AR’s either.

Fees:

U8-9 $16/0/0

U10-12 $26/20/20

U13-14 $36/25/25

U15-U18 $50/30/30

Game lengths (this may be shorter if agreed upon by both coaches):

• U17 – U19 35 min. halves
• U13 – U16 30min. halves
• U12 25 min. halves, 9 v 9
• U11 – U10 25 min. halves, 8 v 8
• Academy U9 – U8 20min. halves, 6 v 6 no offside

PLEASE NOTE

* Game lengths of 35 minutes are to be used for league games where two games by the same team on the same day are to be played. If all teams are scheduled to play only one game on that day, these times are to be used:

• U13-U15 is 35 minutes
• U15-U16 is 40 minutes
• U17 and above is 45 minutes.

CIYSL Substitution Rules:

• Prior to a throw-in in your favor
• Prior to a goal kick, by either team
• After a goal, by either team
• After an injury, by either team, when the referee stops play
• At half time

If you think games may be called because of weather call the Champaign Park District Leisure Line 217.398.2589. If the Adult league games have been cancelled because of field conditions or weather that will mean that the LISC games can not be played as well.
