Please note that you are expected to arrive 20 minutes prior to game time in uniform (that means socks up and shirt tucked in, first impressions count in this).All games must use a 3 man system. If there are only 2 referee’s recruit a club line and the center will have to run deep to determine offside. This is a USSF/FIFA mandate. Failure to do so can mean the game is null, meaning it will have to be replayed. Fees do not change if you have to work with club AR’s either.

The Danville Club will pay 50 cents per mile per the following conditions:

1. Certified Referee
2. Licensed & insured driver
3. Punctual, arrive 20 minutes before game start
4. Car pool. We pay One way, one car, one geographical area.

Fees:

U8-9 $16/0/0
U10-12 $26/20/20
U13-14 $36/25/25
U15-U16 $40/25/25
U17-U18 $56/35/35

Game lengths (this may be shorter if agreed upon by both coaches):

• U17 – U19 35 min. halves
• U13 – U16 30min. halves
• U12 25 min. halves, 8 v 8 (same as u11-u10 new for spring 09)
• U11 – U10 25 min. halves, 8 v 8
• Academy U9 – U8 20min. halves, 6 v 6 no offside

CIYSL Substitution Rules:

• Prior to a throw-in in your favor
• Prior to a goal kick, by either team
• After a goal, by either team
• After an injury, by either team, when the referee stops play
• At half time

Directions:

From the east or west: Take I-74 to Danville, exit at Bowman Avenue and proceed north on Bowman for about 4 miles. Turn left (west) onto Winter Avenue. The complex is on the south side of the road.
